When I was growing up, I spent most of my time drawing and was always attracted to portraits especially. As I got older, this love never faded and I am now returning to it.
I use different mediums, such as charcoal, acrylics, and pastels. I plan to eventually work in oils also. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.
I am often struck by the beauty inherent in the human form as well as the complexity of emotion that can be expressed in a subtle look.
